FLEX FUEL U.S. WARRANTY

Flex Fuel U.S. warrants the products listed below to be free from defects in material or workmanship in accordance with the following:
Base factory vehicle warranty applies to parts, systems and subsystems of the factory installed engine fuel management system, emission system, and vehicle. Please refer to the factory Vehicle Owner's Manual and Warranty Supplement, if any form the Original Equipment manufacturer.
Limited Warranty: Flex Fuel U.S., LLC (“Flex Fuel”) agrees to correct, repair or replace any defect in the Flex Fuel product (‘Product”) that occurs within the earlier of 24,000 miles or 2 years after the date the Product is purchased. In addition, Flex Fuel shall correct, repair, replace or reimburse the customer for any damage, in Flex Fuel’s determination, caused by the Product or E85 Fuel to: (a) an OEM component one year beyond the OEM’s warranty period ; and (b) the fuel pump OEM’s warranty period plus the earlier of 24,000 miles or 2 years. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, i.e. is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Also excluded from this warranty are parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear, e.g. sensors, fittings, seals etc.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FLEX FUEL U.S. DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ALSO TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY SETS OUT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY IT. NO ATTEMPT TO ALTER, MODIFY, OR AMEND THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY AN OFFICER OF FLEX FUEL U.S.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
