We ship most orders within 14 business days from the time of order. Out-of-stock and special-order items or items drop-shipped may require additional lead times for delivery. We will notify you 48 hours after we receive your order to confirm any drop-ship or special-order status, and to provide you with an estimated date of shipment. On in-stock items shipped via UPS or FedEx, a tracking number will be sent to you by email when your item(s) ships from our warehouse. Once you have placed an order, you may track your packages by signing in to your My Account page. Please note that items which have been drop-shipped by the manufacturer may arrive before a tracking number for your package becomes available.
Please note that the flat-rate shipping costs(if applicable) shown on our website are for domestic shipments within the48 contiguous states only for actual shipping charges on international orders, or for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
FLEX FUEL U.S.® ships orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS and other common carriers. Some orders are shipped from multiple locations, and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In the event of multiple shipping, you will never be charged multiple freight.
