
If you need to return merchandise, please call our office at (773) 763-7900 during our regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST, Mon.-Fri.) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that any merchandise returned without prior authorization (RMA) will be returned to sender. Any product returned for reasons other than defective or damaged shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
When returning an item to us, please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packaging your product arrived in to prevent shipping damage, and to ensure that you receive proper credit for your merchandise.
If a return is requested for reasons other than shipping damages (i.e.: customer change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, and item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. Merchandise credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods by FLEX FUEL U.S.®
FLEX FUEL U.S.® cannot accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of modification, improper installation or customer abuse.
Return requests must be submitted and all returned items received by FLEX FUEL U.S.® within 30 days from initial receipt of your item(s).
